A queensize or twin bedroom for one night with continental breakfast:

For two people: 75 euro, min. 7 nights. For the great balcony (20 sq. ms with table, chairs and longchairs) overprice of 5 euro daily. No single occupancy.
Without breakfast, 5 euro daily less per bedroom.

Very High Season

2008:
11th July - 2nd September, 30th and 31st December.

2009:
1st and 2nd January, 11th July - 2nd September, 30th and 31st December.

2010:
1st -3rd January

A double room for one night with continental breakfast:

For two people: 80 euro, min. 7 nights. For the great balcony (20 sq. ms with table, chairs and longchairs) overprice of 5 euro daily. No single occupancy.
Without breakfast, 5 euro daily less per bedroom.

Low Season (The rest of the year)

A double room for a night with continental breakfast:

For two people: 60 euro, min. 2 nights. For the great balcony (20 sq. ms with table, chairs and longchairs) overprice of 5 euro daily. With single occupancy: 50 or 45 euro depending from the bedroom, min.2 nights. Without breakfast, 2,5 euro daily less per guest.

Other prices (all year)

Bikes We have an agreement with the best Bike Shop of Alghero who are happy to rent you any kind of bikes: mountain bikes, racing bikes, etc. English speaking. Velo Sport di Mario e Patricia Oppes, Via Vittorio Veneto 90/92 Alghero, tel. e fax 079 977182, closed on Sunday and on Monday morning.

Private garage (for cars under 4.5 m in length) daily: 12 euro per day - free easy parking on the Square.

Everything for the beach (sun umbrella, chairs, etc.): by arrangement.

Sailing boat daily cruise with skipper. All the year excluding Very High Season: 32 euro per person, minimum of four people, excluding food and gasoil. In Very High Season prices becomes 48 euro per person at same conditions. We can plan for more than four people and where to sail, dive or simply take a bath.

Archaeological and historical tours: by arrangement.

N.B. We require a non returnable deposit of 33% of the total amount to reserve your room.
